As severe weather and high winds swept through the area this week, Schell Brothers opened its company gym as a safe haven for those in need of shelter. The space offered not only safety, but also food and essential supplies to help community members get through the day and night.
Alyssa Titus of Schell Brothers shared the following statement:
“As extreme weather and high winds move through our area, Schell Brothers has opened our company gym as a safe place for those in need of shelter. We are providing a safe space, food, and essentials to help folks get through the day and night safely.
It’s moments like these (and there have been many over the past 8+ years) that remind me why I love being part of a team that prioritizes the happiness of our entire community above all else.
Those of you who don't know Chris Schell and his family may not understand their willingness to always lend a hand to our team members and the community.”
The effort reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting both its employees and the wider community, continuing a tradition of service that spans more than eight years.
